We are seeking a detail-oriented Water Resources Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to develop practical expertise in water resources engineering while working under the mentorship of experienced senior staff. You will contribute to meaningful projects that involve design analysis, site inspections, and technical documentation while building a strong foundation in engineering practices and company operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who holds (or is pursuing) an EIT certification and brings a solid foundation in civil or environmental engineering principles. You should be a detail-oriented problem-solver who is comfortable working both independently on routine tasks and collaboratively with senior engineers on more complex challenges. Apply standard engineering techniques and practices to perform sequences of related technical tasks Conduct routine analyses and testing, preparing summaries and reports for review by senior staff Participate in field activities, including site visits and construction inspections Maintain accurate documentation and data logs from job sites and client locations Analyze laboratory data and compose detailed reports that summarize findings Perform calculations, develop input for plans and specifications, and compile historical records Present technical information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings Refer complex or non-routine technical issues to more experienced staff for guidance and resolution Participate in studies, analyses, and data collection under senior supervision to build broader experience
