SKIMS – is currently looking for a Product Compliance Assistant for our Corporate office in Los Angeles. This position will report to the Head of Global Product Compliance. As the Product Compliance Assistant, you would be responsible for helping SKIMS deliver outstanding product quality to our customers. You will be accountable for measuring and ensuring product compliance guidelines are being followed; tracking and following up on testing; communicating with suppliers; coordinating status updates and developing compliance KPI’s with the Head of Global Product Compliance. Strong experience and administrative skills, especially in data analysis, verbal/written communication, and follow-through with internal/external stakeholders in a time-sensitive and fast-moving department is desired. Product Compliance Assistant is responsible for monitoring seasonal testing outcomes, communicating with suppliers/providers, setting up critical meetings with cross functional partners, and assisting in executing compliance projects and strategies as needed. In addition, they are responsible for quality assurance through our supplier base, monitoring the adherence to factory and product requirement standards, and supporting/completing ad-hoc projects as assigned by management. Responsibilities: · Manages day-to-day tracking of testing reports and follow-up communication with suppliers on testing submissions/status. · Analyzes and validates compliance documentation, certifications, manuals and records. · Maintains chemical & physical testing program record keeping in alignment with Production, PD, RM, Sourcing and Legal teams. · Enter and submit materials for testing with providers as needed. · Works with Head of Product Compliance on developing KPI dashboards & presentations for products, materials, testing and risk assessment reports · Updates and analyzes compliance KPI’s · Tracks finished garment testing · Assists in onboarding communication of new suppliers · Continuously pursues improvement opportunities in communication, compliance, quality, cost, and service
