This key role is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the valet entry booth by greeting guests, collecting payments, capturing required customer information for valet ticketing, and supporting efficient traffic flow. This role may also require moving vehicles within the parking ramp to reduce congestion and prevent long waiting times. Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Collect valet parking payments (cash and/or electronic payments) and accurately process transactions Record customer and vehicle information to generate and distribute valet tickets Answer guest questions regarding valet services, pricing, and retrieval process Monitor traffic flow at the valet entrance and coordinate with valet team to minimize wait times Move vehicles within the parking ramp as needed to relieve congestion or optimize space Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and balance cash drawer Communicate clearly with valet drivers and supervisors regarding vehicle locations and guest needs Ensure booth area remains clean, organized, and presentable Follow company safety, security, and customer service standards at all times
