Job Title: Dealer Activation Manager Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Pod Incentive + Company EV Location: Field-Based This is an opportunity to build a function, not simply fill a role. Own Dealer Performance Across Our Existing Network Take responsibility for the ongoing health and performance of Pod's automotive referral channels, building strong relationships with dealer groups, OEM partners and individual retailer sites nationwide. Drive Activation and Reactivation Programmes Support the rollout of new dealer activations before taking ownership of ongoing engagement, ensuring sites remain active, motivated and consistently generating referrals. Coach and Train Dealer Sales Teams Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions that help sales executives understand our proposition, confidently discuss EV charging with customers and follow referral processes consistently. Implement Best Practice Processes Monitor and improve how referral journeys are executed across dealer sites, ensuring agreed standards are being followed and performance opportunities are identified quickly. Conduct Performance Reviews and Site Audits Regularly visit dealerships to assess activity levels, review referral performance, check point-of-sale materials, evaluate customer journeys and identify barriers to success. Identify Commercial Growth Opportunities Work with dealer groups and OEM stakeholders to uncover untapped referral opportunities across new, used and demonstrator vehicle sales channels. Provide Insight and Recommendations Analyse referral trends, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve partner performance and commercial outcomes. Collaborate Across the Business Partner closely with Automotive Partnerships, OEM account teams, Sales Operations and Marketing to ensure partners have the tools, support and materials needed to succeed.
