Together, we support the firm across four key areas: Recruitment & Resourcing, Human Resources, People Analytics, and Talent Development. This role sits within our six-person HR team. As an HR Coordinator, you will perform a range of regular and ad hoc tasks while acting as a key point of contact for employees across the firm. You will ensure the timely resolution of queries and requests, or where appropriate, direct them to the most suitable person or team. As part of the People Team at MKS, you will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, developing your project management skills and increasing your visibility across the firm. The role also provides exposure to Employee Relations matters, allowing you to build and broaden your technical HR knowledge. The HR Coordinator will support the full employee lifecycle, providing operational and administrative HR support across the business. Working closely with another HR Coordinator and the wider HR team, you will play an important role in delivering an efficient and high-quality HR service to employees and managers. Administer employee benefits, including pensions, benefits renewals and related employee communications. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and personnel files are kept up to date. Produce regular HR reports and management information to support business decision-making.
