Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of store operations—from driving sales and managing budgets to developing your team and building strong community relationships. You’ll lead by example, create a positive and solution-focused environment, and ensure every interaction reflects our values. Key responsibilities include: • Driving store performance by achieving KPIs and engaging your team in delivering results • Creating and implementing store strategies to ensure high standards of service and satisfaction • Developing and delivering the store business plan with a focus on commercial awareness and growth • Managing stock control, promotions, seasonal events, and merchandising to maximise sales • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members who embody our values • Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures • Managing budgets, financial controls, and reporting accurately and efficiently
