What You’ll Do Own the Process Manage payment plan and stipulation collection cases from start to finish. Field outbound and incoming calls with professionalism, answering debtor inquiries, explaining account details, and resolving disputes in real-time. Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, and payment schedules in compliance with applicable laws. Lead with Initiative Conduct skip tracing and investigative research to locate debtors and assets. Execute outbound calling campaigns to initiate contact, negotiate settlements, and develop payment plans that work. Partner with attorneys to create and execute strategic recovery plans. Deliver Results Keep your case pipeline moving and documented — every call, every payment, every win. Balance high-volume call activity with quality case management to maximize recovery outcomes. Maintain the highest compliance standards (FDCPA/TCPA) during all phone interactions while aggressively pursuing results.
