Brookhaven Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist / Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team in Atlanta. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and pets and can thrive in a busy veterinary hospital environment. Pay: $15–$17/hour, based on experience As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll help create a positive experience for clients and patients while keeping the front desk and hospital running efficiently. Welcome clients and pets with a friendly, professional approach Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications Handle patient check-in and check-out, invoices, and payments Maintain accurate client and patient information and veterinary medical records Coordinate patient flow with veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, and the medical team Answer questions and provide information about veterinary services, wellness, and preventative care Address client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area Support daily veterinary hospital operations and front desk needs Participate in rotating weekend shifts
