Our team works together to provide high-quality care while making sure every client and patient feels welcomed and supported. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude—even on busy days Answering a high volume of phone calls and assisting clients with questions Greeting clients and creating a welcoming experience Checking patients in and out - Scheduling and confirming appointments Responding to emails and client messages Taking accurate messages for our medical team Creating and updating patient and client profiles Processing payments and assisting with account questions Communicating with clients regarding medications, records, appointments, and follow-ups Maintaining an organized and clean reception and lobby area Assisting the veterinary team and other departments as needed Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets
