About this role
Proficiency in literacy and numeracy (GCSE level or equivalent).
NVQ2 in Playwork or Early Years Care & Education (or equivalent experience).
Experience working with children in a school or related environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Good communication, administration, and organizational skills.
Empathetic, approachable, and positive attitude towards children.
Understanding of children’s welfare needs, particularly during midday breaks.
Willingness to undertake further training (e.g., NVQ2 in Playwork).
Enhanced DBS check required.
