Pear Tree Cottage is a two-bed service which provides a calm and engaged environment for a young person that would benefit from a smaller home setting. Using PACE principles and a child-led, therapeutic approach, we help children aged 8 to 18 to overcome adverse and traumatic experiences. You’ll be part of a group of like-minded individuals, working in a role that truly makes a difference. Our staff are able to build nurturing, trusting relationships with our young people and act as their professional parents. Your duties will include (but will not be limited to): Supporting your young person with emotional regulation, daily routines, and personal development Keeping detailed records and promote safeguarding at all times Supporting your young person with fun activities, their personal interests, education access and engagement and household responsibilities
