The Insights specialism at Ebiquity sits within our Client Success Team. We find insights in data and make actionable recommendations that will add value to clients. The Insights team does not just present the factual data. They provide answers to the “So what?” and “Why?” that empowers clients to take more control of their media investments. We are thought leaders in our area of specialism and are called upon to help craft client and industry points of view. As an Associate Director, Insights, you play an essential role in client satisfaction by owning insight quality and team performance in analysis of client campaign data and assessing media governance and media cost & quality for an assigned set of clients. You will understand the client’s key business and media challenges and opportunities to develop insights and make actionable recommendations to unlock value and influence decision-making. You’ll play an active role in maximizing brand investment effectiveness and efficiency, supporting our ERA principles. You’ll be courageous, going beyond the surface to instigate or support productive dialog about industry and/or agency practices that may impact media value and/or brand safety. You’ll contribute substantially to the creation of client presentations, collaborating with the Insights team in your group to craft presentations. In some cases, you will have ownership of the final client deliverables, ensuring concise and compelling narratives and visuals, owning the recommendation quality, and being well prepared for presentations to clients. You’ll collaborate with our Client Partners and AE's to ensure a seamless and efficient process. You'll contribute to client retention and growth through consistent delivery of actionable, accurate, timely recommendations. You will attend all client meetings/calls and routinely present (all or portions of) the work, elevating conversations above the data to demonstrate judgment, diplomacy and leadership. You’ll be relied upon to drive the operational excellence within your Insights team, acting as an authority in our reporting and analysis platforms, our solution methodologies, and our processes across practice areas to ensure accurate and timely workflows. You will participate in dialog with our clients’ agency partners to achieve alignment with our findings, ensuring the relevance & feasibility of recommended actions. Integration and a holistic perspective are critical to our clients and our business. You’ll work collaboratively across specialist teams to deliver integrated insights and recommendations where relevant, as well as cross-train internally to support career development of peers and subordinates. You’ll partner with our Activation Team (responsible for data intake and QA) to support accuracy and efficient workflow. You will have the opportunity to contribute to innovation with our global Product + Solutions Team through periodic working sessions. You will manage a Senior Consultant(s) and Consultant(s), providing training and career development. You’ll set clear expectations, review and sign off on key outputs, and foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement within your team.
