London (Hybrid Working | Office Attendance Once a Week or Fortnightly) Are you a qualified solicitor looking to take the next step in your personal injury career? We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Lawyer to join our team in London, working alongside an experienced Lead Lawyer on a high-profile client account. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to gain exposure to a varied caseload of Employer's Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) claims, ranging from lower-value matters through to complex, high-value cases worth millions of pounds. Working closely with the Lead and wider specialist team, you will play a key role in managing and progressing a diverse portfolio of personal injury claims while delivering exceptional service to a valued client. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with and managing EL/PL personal injury claims. Handling cases spanning a broad range of values, from straightforward matters to million-pound disputes. Supporting the strategic management of a major client account. Investigating liability, quantum, and coverage-related issues. Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
