The Business Intelligence Analyst supports data-driven decision making by building and maintaining reporting, dashboards, forecasting models, and repeatable analysis that translate operational and financial data into clear insights. This role partners with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, validate data, and deliver intuitive dashboards, forecasts, and KPI views that help leaders act quickly. Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards, KPI reporting, and forecasting models. Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support the sales team in new business opportunity. Apply statistical techniques, including multiple regression analysis, to identify drivers of performance and improve forecast accuracy. Develop intuitive visualizations to support operational and financial decision making. Perform ad hoc reporting requested submitted through Jira for multiple divisions. Partner with IT and business teams to integrate data sources and validate outputs. Automate recurring reporting and forecasting workflows to reduce manual effort. Provide training and documentation to help users effectively consume insights. Location: Four days per week in-office in Sterling Heights, Michigan, and one day remote.
