Senior M&A Actuary London or Bermuda Hybrid, two days in office Permanent We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd’s, Europe and North America. We’re looking for a commercially minded qualified actuary to support our global M&A activity and help deliver Compre’s growth ambitions. Working closely with Underwriting, Finance, Risk & Compliance and Actuarial teams, you’ll lead actuarial due diligence across acquisitions—assessing reserving, capital, pricing, valuation and deal structure. You’ll manage multiple transactions, engage with cedants and external advisers, and oversee the transition of successful deals into the wider business.
