The Dynamics Developer role is responsible for developing, configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the organisation. Working closely with senior developers and architects, the role will contribute to the delivery of high-quality business solutions while developing technical expertise across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies. This is a hands-on development role focused on building, testing and supporting solutions while gaining experience in modern platform capabilities, including AI-enabled features where appropriate. • Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions, including customisations, plugins (C#), JavaScript, workflows and integrations. • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 using Power Platform technologies including Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Apps • Support the development and maintenance of integrations with Azure services and third-party systems. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing and deployment. • Assist with troubleshooting, investigation and resolution of application issues. • Work with business stakeholders and senior team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. • Produce and maintain technical documentation. • Support testing and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable and maintainable solutions. • Collaborate with developers, architects and business teams to deliver enhancements and improvements. • Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and AI related technologies. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and user experience through platform capabilities. • Support the adoption of AI-enabled features within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform where appropriate.
