1.Professional with TSK prober operation/PM and troubleshooting. 2.TSK probe file create/maintenance/management. 3.Internal production Equipment monitor and improvement. --------------------------------------------------------------- 1.Study equipment structure and learn the operation. 2.Build up equipment trouble shooting skill and write the repair report. 3.Handle the lot and equipment abnormal case 4.Execute the equipment PM plan and check PM results. 5.New equipment installation and release to production. 6.Detect testing abnormal and improve it. 7.Confirm system configuration, production parameter recipe, equipment production status. 8.Change the different device equipment setting for customer production. 9.Equipment abnormal prevent and cost down improvement. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.4/2 logic tester operation/PM/troubleshooting and re-configuration. 2.Internal production Equipment monitor and improvement. 3.Support duty engineer and complete related assigned by the supervisor. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.Logic Tester experience(Any Teradyne UltraFlex series / J750 / Advantest 93K/T2K ,COHU D10/DX ,etc.) 2.Tester troubleshooting 3.Tester PM. 4.Re-configuration for production requirement 5.Down rate improvement 6.Project follow up
