1.辦理進出口通關作業，含一般海空運進出口及復運進出 2.辦理進出口貨物保險之投保、申請及理賠事宜 3.費用核算及請款與報單之簽收及修改 4.開立及修改信用狀及辦理押匯及託收 5.半導體晶圓製造設備登錄及輸出入管理 6.保稅帳務登錄及報廢清冊之造送管理 7.年度保稅品盤點作業及結算報告之造送與管理 8.進口保稅機器設備自行除帳之控管 9.戰略性高科技貨品之輸出入控管 10.配合海關與科學園區管理局稽核作業
