Job summary Applications are invited for the post of Band 3 Administrator within Urgent Emergency Care which includes Care Coordination, Urgent Community Response, Virtual Wards in Solihull Community Services. Division 7 focuses on the system working across Birmingham and Solihull between our health and social care partners. The Division brings together Solihull Community Services, our Discharge Hubs across all our acute hospital sites and UHBs intermediate care beds into a single management structure. Division 7 also works closely with Division 3 on the strategy and delivery of Older Persons Assessment and Liaison Team (OPAL), the multidisciplinary interface service based at our hospital's front doors. The Solihull Urgent Community Response and Virtual Ward Team work as part of the Division to deliver Urgent Community Response, supporting patients within their own homes who are at risk of hospital admission to facilitate them being seen, assessed and treated at home.
