Job summary As a Bereavement Care Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting families following the death of a loved one. You will provide compassionate guidance on the Medical Examiner process, registration of death, funeral arrangements and available bereavement support services, ensuring families receive timely and accurate information. You will undertake a range of bereavement-related administrative duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are completed in line with Trust policies and legal requirements. Working closely with Clinical Nurse Specialists, Medical Examiner teams, mortuary services, funeral directors and external agencies, you will help deliver a coordinated and compassionate service.
