Main duties of the job We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care assistant to join our team at Walstead Place, a 41 bedded residential care home with a good CQC rating and a high score of 9.6 on Carehome.co.uk. Our care assistants work full time, 44 hours per week, or part-time with flexibility in shift patterns, including alternate weekends. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.45.
