Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 motivated and dedicated nurses to join the team at Chorley as a Senior Staff Nurse within the busy inpatient unit.
Main duties of the job
The Senior Staff Nurse will:
The successful candidate will:Provide professional leadership and support to all members of the nursing team, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT).Demonstrate strong clinical competence and experience in line with the person specification.Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a fast-paced and challenging PICU environment.Work flexibly across a seven-day rota to meet the needs of the service.

Experience Essential
Post-graduation experience in mental health nursing Experience of assessing, planning and implementing and reviewing care needs Experience of interacting therapeutically with distress and /or disturbed individuals
