Job summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pathway Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of key operational, transformation and service improvement priorities within Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS). This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in strengthening services for children, young people and their families, translating strategic objectives into clear, practical delivery plans that improve access, quality, safety, experience and outcomes. The post holder will work closely with CYPMHS clinical, operational and professional leads, alongside corporate colleagues, commissioners and partner organisations, to coordinate complex programmes of work and support delivery across community, crisis, enhanced and specialist pathways. They will help manage interdependencies, monitor progress, address risks and provide clear assurance through established governance routes. We are seeking someone who can bring pace, structure and clarity to complex workstreams, while building positive relationships across teams and systems. This role would suit someone with strong programme delivery, operational management or transformation experience, ideally within the NHS, mental health, children and young people's services or another complex care environment.
