Main duties of the job Youll provide predominantly face-to-face consultations and undertake minor gynaecology procedures, helping us continue to deliver excellent, patient-centred care. As a GPwSI in Gynaecology, you will:
Undertake face-to-face consultations, minor gynaecology procedures, and follow-up reviews. Make autonomous clinical decisions in line with current best practice and patient needs. Develop and implement patient-centred care plans for womens health and wellbeing. Provide counselling, health education, and continuity of care. Record and maintain clear, accurate clinical notes using electronic systems. Contribute to audits, service development, and clinical governance activities. Support and participate in quality improvement, research, and development initiatives. Work collaboratively with colleagues and take a proactive role in implementing change.

Essential qualifications and experience:
MBBS/MBCHB and MRCGP GMC registration with inclusion on the Specialist Register DRCOG DSFRH + LoC SDI/IUD BMS Management of Menopause Certificate (or equivalent) Demonstrated experience in womens health/gynaecology and service development Competence in performing gynaecological assessments and minor procedures Desirable:
Higher degree (PhD, MD) Personal qualities and skills:
