About this role

Job summary Are you an experienced People, HR, or Organisational Development professional looking for an opportunity to influence culture, leadership, workforce strategy, and organisational performance? As part of our newly established People & Culture Directorate, we are seeking an exceptional People & Culture Business Partner to work alongside senior clinical, operational, and corporate leaders to deliver transformational people solutions that improve colleague experience, organisational effectiveness, and service delivery. This is a strategic role with a strong focus on organisational development, culture change, workforce transformation, leadership development, and equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Trust's People Strategy and organisational objectives.

Main duties of the job As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will: Partner with senior leaders to deliver workforce and organisational priorities. Support service redesign, workforce modernisation and organisational change programmes. Use workforce intelligence and people analytics to inform strategic decision-making and improve organisational performance Provide expert workforce, organisational development, and employee relations advice on complex people matters

We are looking for an experienced and credible professional with:

Significant experience in HR Business Partnering or Organisational Development within a complex organisation Substantial experience in providing employee relations advice on complex people matters Experience supporting complex organisational change and workforce planning programmes Strong coaching, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills Experience working with workforce data, staff engagement insights, and organisational performance

Qualifications Essential

Educated to a masters degree level or equivalent level of experience in a relevant field Evidence of relevant continuous professional development

Desirable

Chartered MCIPD

Experience Essential

Significant experience in HR Business Partnering or Organisational Development within a complex organisation Experience leading organisational development and culture change initiatives Experience supporting organisational transformation and workforce redesign Experience of workforce planning and succession planning Experience supporting complex organisational change matters Experience facilitating leadership development and team interventions Experience using workforce data and staff feedback to drive improvement Experience leading staff survey action planning and engagement initiativesE Experience promoting Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives Experience of Agenda for Change job matching/job evaluation processes Experience working with Trade Unions and staff side representatives

Desirable

Experience of Quality Improvement methodologies and service improvement programmes Experience working across system or partnership environments
