Job summary
Croydon Health Services NHS Trust has a dedicated Medical HR team that provides a comprehensive and professional service to the medical workforce and management teams across the Trust.
You will need to possess excellent administrative and IT skills, as well as excellent people and communication skills. Dealing with various enquiries both internally and externally, you will need to have a pragmatic approach to your work.
Main duties of the job Medical HR Advisor - Band 5
The post holder will be responsible for managing a high-quality, efficient recruitment service for all grades of medical staff. This role ensures compliance with Trust policies, HEE, Royal College, Foundation Schools, and national guidelines. The Specialist oversees recruitment, junior doctor rotations, and medical workforce management while providing advice and support to departments on regulations, working patterns, and operational compliance. The role also involves coordinating Advisory Appointments Committees (AACs) to ensure adherence to national and Trust guidelines for consultant recruitment.

Educated to GCSE level (including Maths and English), NVQ Level 4 OR equivalent professional experience
