Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

As a Governance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of governance structures within the organisation. You will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and recording policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice. Working closely with the team and various stakeholders, you will facilitate communication, decision-making and accountability including Internal Inspection scheduled attendance and responses. During your handover, the substantive post-holder will talk you through their current workload, key contacts and any live actions so you can pick things up with confidence.

Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues:

Knowledge of Governance processes is an advantage but not essential. MicrosoftOfficeknowledgeessential. Experienceincorporategovernance,compliance,orrelatedfields,preferablyina regulated industry. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Experience in corporate governance, compliance, or related fields. Microsoft Office knowledge is essential.
