Job summary We are seeking two enthusiastic, professional, and experienced Receptionists to join the QE Outpatient Departments team. These are full-time, patient-facing roles based on busy reception areas, providing a high-quality service to patients, visitors, and colleagues. The successful candidates will work as part of a supportive team, managing a high volume of patient interactions, booking and amending appointments using hospital IT systems, and responding efficiently to a wide range of enquiries. The roles require individuals who can deliver excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
