The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support and monitor the development of your key childrenCreate engaging experiences that support all areas of developmentFacilitate child-led play with thoughtful interactionWork as part of a supportive and passionate teamEnsure the safety, wellbeing and happiness of every childEngage in ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking practitioners who:
Hold a Full & Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)Have PFA (Paediatric First Aid) or are willing to trainHave experience in Early Years settingsAre passionate about high-quality practiceAre strong team players with great communication skillsBring warmth, creativity and enthusiasm every dayHave knowledge of the Curiosity Approach (desirable, not essential)
