R&D Technician - Aqua
Job Description: This position ensures the data generated from the trials is properly analyzed, communicated, and integrated into future operations. This position holder is responsible for: 1. Data Analysis and Trial Reporting
• Analyzes and validates data. • Identifies trends and key findings. • Prepares scientific reports and presentations. • Ensures trial results can support technical and business decisions. • Collaborates and shares technical findings with trial operators to improve trial implementation. 2. SOP Management and Process Improvement
• Reviews, adjusts, and updates existing SOPs for shrimp/fish trials and other related operations. • Ensures updated SOPs accurately reflect current operational practices and trial outcomes. 3. Field Involvement and Trial Support
• Participates in daily nursery and trial activities, including water monitoring, feeding, and shrimp/fish care. • Assists in supervising the efficient and safe use of required materials. 4. Other Tasks
• Participates in monthly safety reviews and technical meetings. • Assists occasionally with other projects and external trial support. • Performs other tasks assigned by the manager.
