This role offers hands-on experience in cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close while partnering directly with plant leadership. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Recent graduates welcome Knowledge of accounting principles and Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a collaborative manufacturing environment ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred but not required)
