As a Production Associate, you will operate and monitor semi-automated production equipment, assist with packaging and palletizing, and help keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. No advanced manufacturing experience is required to get started—we provide training and opportunities to develop valuable, in-demand skills.

Operate and monitor semi-automated manufacturing equipment to support efficient production and consistent product quality. Monitor machine operation and ensure materials are fed accurately into production equipment. Operate semi-automated palletizing equipment to stack finished products safely and efficiently. Assist with packaging, material handling, and other manufacturing production activities. Perform clean-up duties, part sorting, and general production support tasks to maintain an organized and productive work area. Serve as a relief operator when needed to support production line operations. Follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing standards. Complete training to become a Certified Forklift Driver, Palletizer Operator, and Packaging Operator. Develop new skills and work toward ongoing training and advancement opportunities. Perform other production duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

A positive, dependable, and “can do, will do” attitude. Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions. Willingness to learn how to operate manufacturing equipment and complete required training. Commitment to working safely and following established production procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Manufacturing, production, machine operation, packaging, palletizing, or forklift experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.
