Salary & Benefits Information
The base wage or salary range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00 per hour. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.

As an Entry-Level Field Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals performing testing, inspections, and observations on construction materials and job sites.
Perform field and laboratory testing on construction materials such as soil, concrete, asphalt, and other materials Observe construction activities and document findings in accordance with project requirements Record, review, and report test results accurately and efficiently Read and work from plans, specifications, and project documents Operate testing equipment, tools, and instruments safely and effectively Communicate observations and test results with project teams and clients Maintain organized project records and documentation Follow all company safety policies and procedures while promoting a strong safety culture This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all-encompassing details. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a reliable driving record Ability and willingness to travel up to three hours to support project and client needs Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; occasionally more than 50 pounds with assistance Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and distinguish sounds accurately Ability to kneel and squat occasionally Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot and cold environments Ability to climb occasionally as project requirements dictate Preferred Requirements & Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, and/or college coursework or degree Previous construction or labor-related experience Construction Materials Testing experience Industry certifications such as ACI, ICC, and/or Asphalt Certifications
