Security Officer
Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking dependable, professional, and alert Security Officers / CCTV Monitoring Officers to join our warehouse and logistics security team. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through CCTV monitoring, warehouse patrols, QR scans, access awareness, and operational support during inbound and outbound deliveries. The ideal candidate is observant, customer-service-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced 24/7 warehouse operation environment. Responsibilities
• Conduct required QR scans every 30 minutes during patrol shifts • Monitor CCTV camera systems covering entrances, loading docks, warehouse areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations • Observe and report suspicious activity, unauthorized access, safety hazards, or unusual behavior • Monitor warehouse operations and assist with loss prevention and asset protection efforts • Maintain communication with Dispatch and on-site security personnel • Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs), incident reports, and shift documentation accurately • Enforce company policies, including restricted-area food and drink policies • Check for lights, machinery, or computer systems left on unnecessarily • Identify and report water leaks, roof leaks, maintenance concerns, or equipment malfunctions • Assist with inbound and outbound deliveries during loading and unloading operations • Support access control awareness for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel • Monitor after-hours activity and maintain property security during non-business hours • Assist with emergency response procedures when required • Maintain professionalism, visibility, and strong customer service throughout the shift Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous security, warehouse security, CCTV monitoring, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred • Strong observation, situational awareness, and communication skills • Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Basic computer, smartphone, radio communication, and report-writing skills • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts and flexible schedules Preferred Experience

• Fast-paced warehouse and logistics facility • Indoor monitoring with occasional field coordination and patrols • Standing and walking required depending on assigned shift • 24/7 operation environment requiring constant awareness and professionalism Schedule Full-time positions available:
