About this role

Purpose

Independently generate precise, reliable and reproducible data in a timely manner. Demonstrate experimental precision and strong data interpretation skills and should possess understanding of core discipline.

Responsibilities

Serve as the downstream technical lead for late-stage and commercial GMP manufacturing processesAuthor validation protocols/reports and technical assessments to support process performance qualification and continuous process verificationCollect and organize process data to perform process monitoring and statistical data analysisCommunicate and present workCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challengesProvide on-the-floor support of GMP manufacturing operations to support investigations and identify areas for process improvementsPerform root cause analyses, author impact assessments, and propose corrective and preventive actions in response to nonconformities/deviationsManage relationships with contract manufacturing clientsSupport technical transfers and scale-up of GMP manufacturing processesPerform laboratory-scale studies to support investigations or process improvements as needed Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent education, with typically 3 or more years’ experience or Master’s Degree or equivalent education (no additional experience.Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job function. The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
