KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strengthen the brand team understanding of marketplace performance & opportunities through tracking & analysis of sales, physician, account, patient, & competitive data at a national & sub-national level.Develop fact-based analytics models to guide strategic marketing decisions, optimize performance, influence business growth, and inform annual financial forecasting & brand planning processes. Be able to effectively communicate results of analytic models and influence action to improve Epkinly commercial performance.Understand sub-national drivers of cross-brand performance, providing more granularity to performance dynamics across distribution channels & customers.Work with cross-functional partners (Primary Market Research, Market Access, Competitive Intelligence, Sales, Marketing) to deliver integrated analytics reflecting diverse contributions across functions.Provide key inputs for financial planning processes & act as a key conduit to Forecasting for monthly estimates, annual plan & long-range plan deliverables.Appropriately collaborate with both onshore and offshore research and analytics suppliersEnsure all research and analytics activities are conducted in accordance with financial and ethical compliance guidelines.Maintain organizational knowledge of the market, competitive trends, and industry developments and effectively communicate this knowledge to internal stakeholders. BA or BS degree required. Advanced degree (MA, MS, MBA, PhD) preferred.5+ years relevant marketing and/or analytics experience required.Experience in pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical data (physician-level prescribing, institutional sales data, payer-prescriber-level data, formulary data, patient-level data, etc.) preferred.Analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, superior organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and creativity in problem-solving.Ability to interact effectively with/present to (verbally and in writing) all levels of the organization.Proven experience as an integral member of a high-performing work team.Experience with and strong aptitude navigating a heavily matrixed and fast-paced environment.Ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally within the organization and with external agencies.Advanced Excel experience and comfort in data visualization tools such as Power BI or TableauExperience with programming language or analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, SPPS, R, Python, preferred.Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows.Demonstrated project management skills. The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ​We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.​This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs.
