About this role
The Associate Director will help drive commercial strategy and business operations projects across the Immunology and Eye Care business, that includes Psychiatry, Migraine, Parkinson’s Disease, BOTOX Therapeutics and Eye Care. Specific activities will include:
Strategic Excellence
Lead key commercial on-market strategic initiatives that lay the strategic foundation to maximize patient impact of in-line brandsWorking with brand teams to lead the development of launch strategy for launch-ready productsLead key strategic initiatives across Immunology that identifies longer-term growth (e.g., Strategy LRP, BD assessment, Roadmap and Brand planning)This position will foster positive working relationships and be highly collaborative with each franchise brand teams, Finance, Medical, R&D, Market Access, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Market Analytics and Business Insights (MABI), Sales Training, Sales Force Effectiveness, Regulatory, Customer Experience, and other cross franchise teams to gain input into developing strategic and operational projects. The (Associate) Director must demonstrate the ability to lead without authority, while building a collaborative, integrated approach across the organization
This position reports to the Director, US Commercial Strategy, Operations and Planning (Immunology and Eye Care) and will support data analytical execution, creating strong narratives on insights and communication with key stakeholders and executive leadership.
Education and experience:
BA/BS required, MBA or advanced degree (PhD, MD) preferredAt least 5-7 years of professional industry experience with a successful track record in management consulting (at least 2+ years), pipeline management, or pharmaceutical marketing with strong analytical and strategic marketing skills.Previous experience in pharma R&D, Corporate Strategy, Brand Management, and/or MarketingDeep understanding and experience with Immunology and Eye Care products both inline and in development.Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills across a variety of organization levels and disciplines, including senior executivesEssential Skills, Experience, and Competencies

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
