Clinical Manager – Skilled Nursing | Saddle Brook, NJ Salary: $110,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time, exempt | Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | Occasional flexibility for extended hours, field visits, and on-call participation as needed

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to lead our Skilled Nursing team in Saddle Brook, NJ. In this RN leadership role, you will provide clinical oversight for high-acuity adult and pediatric clients receiving one-on-one skilled nursing care in their homes while supporting and developing a team of field nurses.

What you’ll do
Lead, mentor, and support a team of RNs and LPNs providing skilled nursing care in clients’ homes
Conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits for adult and pediatric clients across the service area
Develop, implement, review, and update individualized plans of care in partnership with physicians, families, and field clinicians
Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and support for field nurses managing complex cases
Conduct competency evaluations, observe care in the home, and provide timely feedback to field staff
Facilitate orientation and client-specific clinical training for newly hired and tenured nurses
Serve as an internal case manager and client advocate by coordinating communication among clients, families, physicians, field staff, and payors
Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance with BAYADA standards and applicable regulations
Investigate and document incidents and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
Partner with the Director and Client Services Manager on staffing, service delivery, employee development, and office performance

What you bring Required
Current, active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
Strong clinical assessment, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to provide clinical leadership and support in a home-based care environment
Ability to travel throughout the service area for client visits, staff support, and office needs
Preferred
Prior supervisory, leadership, preceptor, or team-lead experience
Home care or community-based nursing experience
Experience with high-acuity adult or pediatric clients
Tracheostomy, ventilator, wound care, IV therapy, or complex medication-management experience
Acute care or medical-surgical nursing background
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
