Insight Engineer Location: Monterrey, Guadalajara, Mexico City, Queretaro Time Zone: CST/EST Key Skills Required: SQL (4-5+ years): Advanced SQL development, data analysis, complex query optimization, and data investigations. ETL Development (3-5+ years): Design, development, automation, and support of scalable ETL/data pipelines. Tableau (3+ years): Dashboard development, workbook creation, reporting, and KPI visualization. AWS ( Optional but good to have ) (3+ years): Hands-on experience with Athena, Lambda, CloudWatch, and EMR. Responsibilities: Design and optimize SQL solutions using AWS Athena. Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions. Build and support automated ETL workflows and data pipelines. Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune production jobs and reporting processes. Perform ad hoc analysis and data investigations. Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements. Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and visualization. Qualifications: 5+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Analytics. Strong expertise in SQL, ETL development, and Tableau . Experience building automated data solutions in AWS environments. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
