Job Description
What You'll Do: Support our Quality team in exciting Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiativesLead or co-lead process and quality improvement projects that drive operational excellenceLearn and apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving tools by conducting RCAs and Quality AuditsAssist in creating product qualification packages and drafting clear work instructionsGet hands-on experience with Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to make a real impactCollect and analyze data to solve problems with data-driven insightsPropose and help implement Kaizen ideas as part of a dynamic teamGain exposure to power generation service and refurbishment processesExplore metallurgical labs, industrial non-destructive testing methods, calibration programs, and inspection technologies
