About this role

The role of Director of Sales for EMEA involves driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer excellence across the EMEA region within our Class III Casino games. This leadership role manages a team of sales professionals. It develops and accomplishes regional sales strategies. It also manages key customer relationships and ensures consistent revenue delivery.

The role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, operational difficulty, and hands-on sales execution, working closely with cross-functional collaborators to deliver balanced growth. Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Sales Execution

Own and deliver regional revenue targets, including bookings, pipeline, and margin objectivesDevelop and complete sales plans aligned with company-wide strategyDrive consistent pipeline generation and conversion through proactive deal managementLead complex, high-value deals and strategic negotiationsEnsure principled adoption of sales methodologies and CRM processes 2. Customer & Account Management

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic accountsSupervise account planning and ensure strong customer retention and expansion strategiesAct as the point of contact for critical customer issues and ensure rapid resolution of partner concernsChampion customer-centric selling and ensure delivery of high customer satisfaction (NPS / CSAT targets)Identify and develop new market opportunities and partnerships across EMEA 3. Team Leadership & Talent Development

Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional sales teamSet clear performance expectations, critical metrics, and accountability frameworksProvide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance managementDevelop a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvementPartner with HR on talent planning, succession, and organizational design 4. Strategy & Market Development

Define and complete the EMEA sales strategy in alignment with global prioritiesAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform decisionsIdentify growth segments, verticals, and geographic expansion opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing, product, and allied teams to align go-to-market initiativesDrive regional business planning and long-term growth strategies 5. Forecasting, Budgeting & Reporting

Own accurate and timely sales forecasting (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Develop and lead regional sales budgets, including cost control and return on investment optimizationTrack and communicate performance against targets using data-driven insightsProvide regular reporting and executive updates to VP Sales and senior leadershipEnsure data integrity and effective use of CRM and reporting tools 6. Operational Excellence

Establish and implement guidelines across sales operations and processesDrive adoption of tools, automation, and analytics to improve efficiencyOptimize territory design, quota allocation, and coverage modelsEnsure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirementsPartner with Sales Operations to continuously improve performance frameworks 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing on demand generation and campaign effectivenessPartner with Customer Success and Services to ensure delivery excellence and renewalsCollaborate with Product teams to provide market feedback and influence roadmapAlign with Channel/Partner teams to improve indirect revenue contributionQualifications & Experience10+ years of sales experience, with significant leadership responsibility in EMEAExperience in Class III casino gamesConsistent record of achieving and exceeding revenue targetsExperience leading geographically distributed teamsStrong background in complex enterprise sales and deal negotiationDemonstrated ability to build and complete strategic sales plansExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools To note for this role we are open to candidates being based in either UK or Spain, relocation and visa sponsorship opportunities are available.
