As a Finance & Business Management (F&BM) Associate supporting Consumer & Community Banking Data & Analytics (Product & Experience), you will serve as a trusted advisor to D&A executives-responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business and financial risks. You'll support senior leaders and partners across Product & Experience to enable effective end-to-end execution, bringing financials and data together to tell a cohesive story. This high-impact role ensures senior management has the insights needed to plan, forecast, and drive strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with Finance & Business Management to prepare executive presentations, packaging and presenting projections and performance trends that bring financials and data together into a cohesive storyDesign management reporting packages to communicate business results transparently and concisely to all constituentsCoordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, delivery managers, and other Finance & Business Management teamsCreate executive-level presentations using PowerPoint/PitchPro+ to present analysisAnalyze large data sets, assess KPI trends, and create impactful analysis to help develop strategyPartner with Finance & Business Management to budget and forecast headcount and direct expensesParticipate in the activity-based costing process used to allocate expenses across lines of business and downstream client profitability systemsInteract, collaborate, and partner with peers across business and staff areas at all levels, achieving goals without direct control over all resources Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area5+ years of work experience in Financial Services with a financial analysis, business management, and/or accounting/controller backgroundProven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting, with strong attention to detail and a focus on design excellenceDemonstrated ability to engage different stakeholder groups and drive the agendaExcellent organization, project management, and communication skills, with a strong professional presence across all levelsSelf-motivated and tenacious, with the ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectivelyStrong PowerPoint, Excel, Pivot Table, and Word skills Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
