As a Projections Product Director in the Wholesale Credit Risk Product team, you will lead the Projections product. You will collaborate with credit risk teams, technology partners, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to enable financial projections online across multiple portfolios and addition of new product features to the existing product.
Job Responsibilities:
Finalize the financial projection data models for portfolios by working with credit risk stakeholders / customersIdentify and build standardized data models utilized by banking and credit risk offline and bring them onlineIdentify new tech features or enhancements required for implementing the data modelsLeverage LLMs and AI for newer use cases, including exploring GenAI and Agentic tools for the platformContribute towards product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers across credit risk and bankingPartner with solution architects and technologists to influence technical approaches to meet desired business outcomesDefine and analyze metrics that inform the success of the productProvide Product demos and conduct product review and feedback sessions with key stakeholdersParticipate in cross-functional teams to contribute to the product roadmap and prioritization of enhancements and new featuresDrive product development with multiple teams of world-class developers, designers, and product specialists Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field9+ years of relevant work experience in Product, Credit Risk, Banking Transformation Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-level communicationsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlinesProven ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate and build strong partnershipsIntellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quicklyHigh degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressureUnderstanding of financial data and its relevance for credit and banking use casesAbility to lead, drive consensus, and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholdersExperience using data and metrics to drive decisionsProficiency in process re-engineering or similar Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Prior experience in implementation of AI-based solutionsPrior experience in building a financial projections product or bringing banking data online from offline
