We are seeking a Product Manager (individual contributor) for the Digital Envelope product team, supporting the broader Rep-Assisted Relationships space. This role is responsible for delivering intuitive, compliant, and scalable front-end experiences that enable representatives and clients to efficiently complete document and workflow-driven processes.
You will serve as the product owner for a front-end scrum team, partnering closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features. This role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong collaboration, clear decision-making, and a relentless focus on user experience and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Product Ownership & Delivery
Support the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap for assigned digital capabilities.Act as Product Owner for a dedicated front-end scrum team, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, and executionTranslate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized workPartner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutions Rep-Assisted Experience Focus
Design and optimize rep-assisted workflows, ensuring a seamless experience across digital and advisor/rep touchpointsPartner with stakeholders across service, operations, and compliance to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needsFocus on improving speed, accuracy, and ease-of-use for both internal users and clients Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with UX research and analytics to understand user pain points and behaviorEngage directly with internal users (reps, service teams) to validate solutions and gather feedbackCommunicate product priorities, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders Execution & Continuous Improvement
Track performance using metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the productIdentify and remove blockers to keep the scrum team moving efficientlySupport release planning, testing, and go-to-market readiness What you have
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field3+ years of experience in digital product management or product ownershipExperience working as a Product Owner in an Agile scrum environment, particularly with front-end teamsStrong ability to translate business needs into product requirements and user storiesProven experience managing product backlogs and prioritizationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional team (product, design, engineering, operations)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting rep-assisted or service-driven experiencesFamiliarity with financial services and regulatory environments In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
