Job Description:

The vision of the GRC Technology Center of Excellence is to empower all Associates and Contractors at Mars to manage risk. This vision drives the team's mission to be a customer-focused, results-oriented team that cares about the vision of implementing and enabling governance, risk and compliance (GRC) processes through GRC tooling.

The GRC Technology Center of Excellence delivers exceptional customer experiences through process consulting, technology deployment and platform support. The team currently leverages Archer as its GRC technology of choice, however as the team continues to grow there may be opportunities to expand technical skills and capabilities, such as other GRC tools, data visualization, integration, AI agent creation, Model Context Protocols and more.

The GRC Product Analyst works with internal customers to understand and consult on their processes, provide visibility into the Mars governance, risk, and compliance landscape, act as a business analyst and product manager, and configure tools to meet customer needs. The GRC Support Analyst will be a key member of the GRC Technology Center of Excellence within Information Security's Risk and Governance function, and will provide consulting and tooling services across the organization. Additionally, the GRC Product Lead will assist in expanding the team's footprint to additional risk functions and teams, new technologies, executing against the strategic roadmap, and providing key feedback for governance and strategic direction of the program.

What are we looking for?

This position is ideal for someone who has previously worked in professional services or other service-based industries. The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's Degree in IT/computer science/Business Administration/MIS or a similar fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant work experienceExperience in risk management, compliance management, audit management, information security, third-party risk management, or other similar functionsExperience implementing Archer or other GRC/IRM technologies preferredProject management skills would be a positive, but are not requiredStrong organizational skills; be responsive and detail-oriented.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be aware of the importance of updating interested parties efficiently and effectivelyA self-starter attitude, being able to manage a changing workloadAbility to work under pressure and able to calmly prioritize conflicting demandsAttention to detail and able to manage data accurately Preferred Qualifications:

Archer Certified Administrator - Specialist/AdministratorExperience in a consulting role delivering/leading projects for customersExperience with software implementation and SDLC What will be your key responsibilities?

Understand and advise on customer processes and requirementsAnalysis and identification of areas of improvement for both processes and enabling technologiesStrong process orientation, including understanding processes and data flows, and ability to identify process improvement areasConvert customer requirements into technical requirements and enable them using ArcherCollaborate and participate in ongoing governance meetingsAssist in driving meaningful change to the overall direction and roadmap for the GRC Technology Center of ExcellenceSupport GRC technology upgrades, enhancements, and designs of the platform that may include architecting of solutions across multiple functional areas and/or use casesCollaborates with other internal Digital Technology teams to complete project activities, process design, architecture, or other technology usesPartner/lead our 3rd-party managed services providers to ensure business objectives are met #TBdigital
