As a Senior Associate Product Lead Premium Travel in Chase Travel, you will set product direction for premium lodging experiences and drive delivery from discovery through launch. You'll use data and customer journey insights to prioritize the roadmap, improve experiences, and increase adoption.
Job responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision and strategy for premium lodging capabilitiesAssess customer needs and quantify value using qualitative and quantitative insightsPrioritize work against the product roadmap to maximize customer and business impactWrite clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteriaPartner with engineering, design, analytics, servicing, and operations to deliver features end to endDrive agile execution, continuous improvement, and high-quality product deliveryInfluence stakeholders by aligning on goals, trade-offs, and delivery plansTrack performance and outcomes to inform iteration and future roadmap decisions Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degreeMinimum 2 years of product management, product owner, or related digital product experienceExperience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing capabilitiesAbility to translate customer needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills, including influencing stakeholders at multiple levelsDemonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience working in an Agile environment, including tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience developing product strategy and engaging customers or stakeholders to validate needsExperience turning analysis into clear, decision-driving narratives and presentationsExperience leading delivery through influence in cross-functional teamsExperience partnering with operations, risk, or controls stakeholders
