Job summary

As a Portfolio Analysis Analyst in the Portfolio Analysis Group, you will lead the day-to-day performance and attribution reporting and analysis process. You will partner with technology, compliance, and controls stakeholders to implement strategic solutions that improve reporting standards, accuracy, and efficiency. You will help the team operate as a center of excellence with a consistent approach and strong risk and control mindset.

Job responsibilities

Lead day-to-day performance measurement and attribution processes across global asset classes, including equity, fixed income, and multi-asset strategiesDeliver monthly client and fund performance reporting, ensuring timely and accurate production of performance metricsApply industry-standard performance calculation methodologies and tools to support consistent reporting outcomesValidate and reconcile investment account returns to ensure data integrity, completeness, and traceabilityMaintain and enhance performance measurement databases and systems to meet evolving reporting needsImplement and execute data quality controls and procedures to reduce reporting risk and errorsAnalyze changes in performance and attribution results, quantify drivers, and communicate findings to senior stakeholdersMonitor data quality by comparing computations from different sources (for example, internal versus external)Provide ad hoc data research and analysis to support business questions and reporting requestsSupport regulatory, controls, and governance deliverables, including documentation and evidence as requiredContribute to strategic initiatives by defining business requirements, identifying key milestones and risks, and supporting testing activities as needed Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance reporting, attribution, investment operations, analytics, or a related fieldAbility to work independently, set priorities, and deliver results under tight time frames and pressureStrong analytical skills, including the ability to document and communicate complex (including quantitative) requirements clearlyStrong interpersonal, communication, listening, and writing skillsDemonstrated ability to present to groups and lead discussions with diverse stakeholdersAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, including senior stakeholdersAbility to work effectively as part of a globally integrated teamAction-oriented mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvementHighly motivated, proactive, and self-starting approachProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with portfolio performance and attribution reporting and/or investment productsProject management experienceCertified Public Accountant (CPA)Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
