We are looking for a working student or intern (f/m/d) to support our Cybersecurity team at the Berlin location. You will assist with vulnerability and patch management, cybersecurity reporting, and operational technology (OT) security activities within industrial and energy systems. This is an on-site position, and regular presence at our Berlin office is required.
Responsibilities:
Review vulnerabilities using CVE, CVSS, NVD, vendor advisories, and vulnerability management toolsSupport the coordination and tracking of patches, remediation activities, exceptions, and risk acceptancesAssist with OT cybersecurity activities, including asset inventory, system hardening, network security reviews, firewall rule reviews, and security baseline verificationSupport cybersecurity risk assessments and the review of technical security requirements for industrial systemsMaintain vulnerability management, patch management, cybersecurity, and audit documentationPrepare reports, dashboards, KPIs, and presentationsSupport cybersecurity testing, audit preparation, and the follow-up of identified findingsIdentify opportunities to improve or automate cybersecurity processes
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a comparable fieldUnderstanding of cybersecurity, operating systems, and computer networksFamiliarity with CVE, CVSS, NVD, vulnerability management, and patch managementInterest in OT cybersecurity, industrial automation, energy systems, or network securityBasic knowledge of relevant cybersecurity standards, regulations, and industry best practicesInitial experience with Windows Active Directory, Linux, PowerShell, firewalls, or network switches is desirableStructured, analytical, and independent working styleGood German language skills and Very good English skills;
