How You'll Make an Impact Communicate safety and environmental compliance messages to all levels, providing technical support to front-line leadership and employeesAssist in performing program audits to enhance safety and environmental performance through collaborative effortsInvestigate incidents and non-compliance events, compile accident data and support corrective action initiativesCollect and submit data to meet environmental permit and reporting requirements, liaising with regulatory agencies as necessaryParticipate in or facilitate safety committee meetings and coordinate safety and environmental awareness eventsIdentify operational risks and propose preventive measures to control or eliminate occupational disease and injuryMaintain safety and environmental records, ensuring adherence to regulations and supporting program deployment
Working Conditions Office environment with some field workWork outdoors in all weather conditions, terrain and at any time of day or night

Required Qualifications
Education High School diploma or equivalent Experience 2+ years of safety, environmental or equivalent experience Skills Ability to use personal computer and software applicationsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of employeesAbility to determine incident root causes and recommend preventive actionsBasic knowledge of Spectrum products and servicesBasic knowledge of fire prevention programsKnowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT regulationsBasic understanding of safety and environmental program management methodsBasic knowledge of safety and environmental auditing, incident investigation and reportingBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office productsKnowledge of Field Operations and Field Engineering job duties Licenses Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Preferred Qualifications
