Job Description Summary This is a high-impact, enterprise-level quality leadership role embedded directly within GE Vernova's Global Repairs Value Stream. As the GSC Repairs Value Stream Quality Leader, you will own end-to-end manufacturing quality across a globally distributed repairs network - influencing how GE Vernova wins, designs, buys, builds, and executes at scale.
You will be the quality anchor for a complex, fast-moving value stream and a visible leader in advancing GE Vernova's Lean Operating Method and Zero Defect culture across the global supply chain. This is not a functional support role - it is an accountability-first position for a quality leader who is equally at home on the shop floor and in the boardroom.

Key Responsibilities Build a Lean culture anchored on problem-solving across the Repairs Value Stream within GSCFully accountable for end-to-end Repairs Value Stream Quality to drive continuous improvement throughoutPartner with Global Supply Chain, Engineering and Product leaders to improve operational KPIs across the Repairs Value Stream leveraging our Lean Operating Method (MOR, HK, Lean roadmap, DM and Kaizen)Support Lean initiatives across the Repairs Value Stream to eliminate safety risks, waste, optimize flow, and improve quality and productivitySupport GEV Op Method Maturity Assessment and action plan implementation (Lean roadmap) across Repairs Value Stream.Support value stream manufacturing execution aligned with product lines and commodity strategiesSupport Lean deployment across the Repairs Value Stream using tools such as VSM, 5S, standard work, connected flow and visual managementBuild and sustain a culture of continuous improvement, embedding lean thinking in operations and leadership behaviorsBenchmark and cascade best practices across all Repairs Value Stream sites globallyReinforce GE Vernova's Production System and lean operating rhythms across the supply chain facilitiesOwn and deploy a comprehensive Quality Strategy across global Repairs Value Stream, driving a zero-defect cultureContinue fostering our BIQ Culture and deploy the GEV Zero Defect Framework across the Repairs Value Stream.Champion line-stop culture, systemic root cause elimination, and best practice sharing across the networkBuild a high-performing, resilient organization through people development, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on Lean and QualityRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field, or the equivalent knowledge/experienceSignificant experience in Quality, Lean, and Supply ChainOperationally experienced in manufacturing organizations and able to constructively collaborate with Value Streams to effectively define the big picture of quality success in a lean manufacturing environmentExpertise in problem-solving and Quality tools including A3, 4D, 8D, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and QMS StandardsDemonstrated experience leading transformation in a dynamic environmentEnglish fluencyTravel as needed to drive strategy, support problem solving at manufacturing sites and connect with teamMust reside within a commutable distance of Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; or Schenectady, NYLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $142,200.00 and $237,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
